Refund Policy
1. No Refunds:
We do not offer refunds for any products purchased through our website. All sales are final.
2.Exceptions:
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Return Policy
1. Return Conditions:
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
2. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please email us at sales@pendezaweaving.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage. We will provide further instructions once your request is reviewed.
3. Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
In cases where we determine the defect or damage is due to our process, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.
4. Exchange or Store Credit:
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, if the return is approved, we will offer either an exchange or store credit for the amount paid for the item.
